EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE
The Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer functions are headed by Dave Wingard who has responsibilities for corporate planning and strategy. Barry Wingard, VP and Chief Operating Officer for operations, handles operations and also aids the CEO in other executive functions. Barbara Smith is responsible for in-house fiscal and cost accounting, and is supported by an ELLIOTT computer system and outside consulting. A capable staff for purchasing, personnel and safety works under the auspices of the CEO and COO.

PRODUCTION
Dan Hodson, Operations Manager for both locations, spearheads production. Owen Lewis and Randy Franklin manage the production lines in Memphis and Bauxite. The Operations Manager and Production Managers have an aggregate of almost 100 years of experience in processing used drums as well as the manufacture of new ones. Brad Reynolds, Transportation Manager, works closely with Operations and Production personnel to assure prompt friendly service.

TECHNICAL
The head of Drumco's engineering department has over 15 years of design and engineering experience with heavy emphasis in microprocessor-based industrial controls and automation. A licensed professional engineer approves all engineering. The group has the capability to design and permit equipment and structures involved in plant functions.

MAINTENANCE
Russ Bryant and Mike Young are in charge of maintenance at the Bauxite and Memphis facilities, respectively. Drumco' maintenance and construction personnel provide the expertise to build, modify and maintain the equipment and utility systems necessary to its processing operations. The two senior maintenance managers have over 30 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
